• Does a store stock a specific product?

  We are not able to see the stock of specific stores - please contact your local Work Authority via their phone number. You can find this on our Store Locator!

• Do you carry Red Wing boots?

  We do not sell Red Wing boots online (at the request of the brand). Our retail locations do carry them so if there is a store near you, I would recommend reaching out to them to see if they have the size and style you are looking for. • Do you currently offer in-store pickup for online orders?

  Due to the volume of packages our stores receive we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. However, online orders can be returned in-store.

• How can I use a work voucher for an online purchase?

  Currently, work vouchers can only be used in-store, please find your closest Work Authority in our Store Locator - link!

• I have a Status Card or Tax Exemption - how can I apply it to my order?

  If you have a tax exemption or status card please send us a message with a copy of you exemption and we will set it up in our system.

• I need a receipt for the order I just place, how do I get one?

  A copy of your receipt will ship with your order. If your order has already been delivered and you do not have a receipt please contact us.
