Unworn products purchased at workauthority.ca can be returned for full credit within 60 days from the date of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted after the 60-day period.
To determine if the boots fit properly, please test them inside in a clean environment.
We cannot accept returns for boots that are the wrong size that has been worn on the worksite.
In order for a product to qualify for a return, it must be unworn, and in new condition.
Please either use the Return Portal to send your product back for credit or return it to your local Work Authority store.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and the packaging must be intact and able to be returned to stock in order to receive credit.
Workauthority.ca is not responsible for the cost of the return of the product. If you have received a damaged or defective product, call 1-519-620-4017 (Direct line to Returns Department), or call our customer service department at 1-800-563-8481 x 4095 immediately so we may assist you with the return of your item.
For items purchased with a credit card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned upon receipt and verification of your return. Please allow 15 days for returns processing to be completed.
Only online purchases will be accepted. For retail store purchase returns please return to the retailer where the product was originally purchased.
