Unfortunately, we cannot take returns on any product that has been worn. Because every brand develops its footwear differently we do ask that anyone trying out their new shoes does so inside - in a clean environment to determine if the width, size, and toe box are comfortable. The product has to be in brand new, resaleable condition with its original packaging and receipt.
